A young and ambitious swaggerlicious leader must come up with a unique identity statement that emphasizes their areas of strength, competence and values that describes their current and future positions.
They must say things like I am good in the following areas (list them) and I want to be known for the following (results you intend to achieve).
A swaggered leader should be able to describe their unique identity in two sentences that states their strength and the results they generate or will generate within a short time.
