a) Always keep the end in focus: There must be
continuous alignment of set goals with desired
results such that the consummate focus of team members is the end target.
b) All team members must fulfil their roles and deliver on set target: Team members must know their assigned roles and the timely deliverables required of them. Failure to meet any of the above
will surely result in bad execution.
c) Accountability of team members: The roles and
deliverables place responsibility on team members to account for scheduled tasks in order to fulfil initiatives. These tasks must be measured against deadlines.
d) Do not under estimate the impact of street
knowledge or past experience: A good knowledge of what works or what made previous initiatives to fail are helpful in plugging failure mode.
