Leaders are change agents wherever they find themselves. They use insightful skills to challenge what exist and constantly design new and better ways of achieving impactful results by being mavericks. They understand that leadership comes with promises and then results.
The ability to turn promises to results depends on a discipline which creates consistency, focus and actions of gaining results. Discipline typically means a trained condition of order and obedience which a leader uses to finish whatever he/she start by following systems, procedures and processes. Discipline is the demanding condition to which leaders consciously commit himself/herself
in furtherance of achieving a desired result.
In executing aspirations, promises and programs to gain result, the leader executes a plan. Execution leadership is
the discipline of getting things done squarely in order to convert promises or aspirations to results.
